axis2c server crashes when loading RMSampleService

With new changes in axis2c RMSampleService loading fail when starting axis2c
simple server.
Following is the suspicious axis2.log

When I just remove RMSampleService from services folder this won't happen. Is
there any code change regarding loading servcices?
