1.1.0 was well tested on Windows before the release. There is no way that there
is such a problem.
It has to be something wrong with your local settings. Please double check your
path setting to see if 1.0 DLLs are there on your path. Rmove tose form PATH
and add the 1.1 DLLs to the PATH
