Addition of service/module location in axis2.xml is optional. That means that
the default axis2.xml file need not have these entries by default. If somebody
add these lines into axis2.xml he definitely has to make sure that the path
separaters are in accordance with his working platform. So I don't see any
problem in having this feature.
