[Axis2]Code Freeze for 1.2.0 Release

Hi Devs,
I would like to propose that we freeze the svn code by 12th December 
1200 hours GMT
for the release.
During the code freeze, please refrain from adding new features except 
bug fixes and improvements to documents.
