I think it would be great if we could go ahead with the syntax highlighting
tool. However, I guess we'll have to consider it's license
(http://syntaxhighlighter.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/COPYING), which is GNU GPL.
Can't we raise an issue at Apache Mevan to include coloured syntax for code?

The issue regarding to <pre></pre> tags is corrected in the file on the svn
head. However, the one you see on the website has been built using Apache
Mevan. As, the site is being updated when the release is done, we must keep an
eye on this issue as it may be nothing wrong with our source, but a bug in
Apache Mevan.
I think the Appendix Naming issue will be better to be done in the way you say.
+1 for that.
I have modified the diff to reflect changes in names of Appendices.
