I have developed a utility to be used with HTTP Digest Authentication, which
implements the calculations of H(A1), H(A2), request-digest and response-digest
based on rfc2617. Using this utility we can implement digest authentication
(for both HTTP and Proxy) in AXIS2/C. Refer diff.txt for patch.
