The 1.1.0 and 1.2.0 releases should be served form the archives, but
they are served form mirrors as of now. Because, usually, it is the
latest release, currently, 1.3.0 that should be served from mirrors.
When the 1.3.1 is done, 1.3.0 should be served form the archive.
Release manager, please make note of this.
