Hi Dinesh, I observed that Linux and Windows binary packages are quite different in following ways:
1. Linux does not pack axis2_tcp_server, but Windows does 2. Linux does not pack source files of samples, but Windows does. 3. Linux has a folder called share with files like AUTHOR, README etc. but Windows doesn't And also, I think we need to pack codegen samples as well.
