Hi Dinesh,
It seems that we have changed the default parser and now libxml2 have
problems. I am sorry to say this and ask pardon for not pointing this at
the beginning, but it seems to me that changing the defaut parser is a
big change for a minor release. So I am negative in releasing 1.3.1 with
default parser change, instead propose for a 1.4 with default parser
change to Guththila.
