Build Breaks when Libxml2-dev isn't install

I tried to build Axis2C by running build.sh and I haven't install libxml2-dev
in my machine since I tried to work with guththila.
But in neethi/test build breaks by telling a problem with -lxml2. After
installing libxml2-dev Axis2C build breaks.
I think this should be changed since guththila parser is the default parser.
