Whata version of Axis2/C and Sandesha2/C have you used for your testing.
AFAIK, the op_ctx problems have been fixed now. It works in threaded
environments without problems, both with simple axis server and httpd.
Even if the problem exist, your fix to free macro would not solve the
problem, because it only nullify the pointer reference given to be
freed. There could be other aliases in the system that points to the
same address.

axis-c-user lists. And you can create a JIRA account here[
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/c/lists_issues.html] and report if there
are any
issues related to Axis2/C under Axis2/C section.
