I can see that in addressing dispatcher it tries to find operation context from
the operation context map of configuration conext providing the relates to
messge id. But even then no where in the code operation context is added to the
conf_ctx->op_ctx_map. So the above dispacher code is of no use.
Not only the op_ctx_map but also the svc_ctx_map and svc_grp_ctx_map in the
conf_ctx are of no use as it is currently in the code. I removed all these and
tested fine in my local copy?. Is there any objection commiting this code?
