[Axis2]Code Freeze for Axis2/C 1.5.0 Release

Hi All,

Since we are planning for Axis2/C 1.5.0 Release soon , I think it is time to
call for a code freeze. Please refrain from doing major changes and adding
new features to the svn head, until we do the release.
