I was able to get the echo sample running with the GCI executable How ever mtom
sample is failing.
Some of the important settings are missing in the documentation like setting of
the environment variables using PassEnv or SetEnv using mod_env module inorder
to make the custom environment variables like AXIS2C_HOME avaliable to CGI.
Also it would be nice to make the request_url_prefix configurable by obtaining
it using an environment variable. Once these minor issues are fixed, it will be
possible to add this code to the trunk.
