Well, I didn't feel like waiting around for someone to answer my question, so I
went and got the original patches to build against axis2c 1.6.0.
This is unfinished, and has a bunch of things that need to be cleaned up, but
it at least compiles. I'm attaching this now as I might not have time to do
anything else with this right now.
