The AXIS2_PARAM_CHECK macro reset the env status when the param is OK

In AXIS2_PARAM_CHECK macro, reseting the env status to OK when the tested
parameter is OK seems not a good thing. Some days ago, the macro was modified
to not reset the env status which leads me to track down some errors (see JIRA
AXIS2C-1407 and AXIS2C-1408).
This day (10/21/2009) the macro resets again the env status but this could
conceal real errors.
