util/include/platforms/unix/axutil_unix.h contains the following block:

extern int usleep (__useconds_t __useconds);
#endif /*HAVE_UNISTD_H */
The problem is that:
- usleep() is already declared in unistd.h : extern int
usleep(useconds_t);
- __useconds_t does not exists on AIX
