jar files

Hi All

I had a question regarding the jar files which are found in the 
$AXISCPP_DEPLOY/lib/axisjava.

When installing axis I check out code from the CVS and I copy these 
files from a previous version ( the nightly binary )
and all works fine.

Am I missing out some step in the build process or is that the way to go 
about it.
