We have had this running on 64 bit AIX - we needed to be really careful to ensure that all dependencies (e.g. xerces) were 64 bit too or else it blows up at runtime. On AIX you cannot mix 32 bit and 64 bit libs

Hello,
we are running Debian sid on Dual Xeon and a Dual Opteron 64 bit
servers. Is there an axis-c 64 bit version available?
We tried to build (ant 1.6, xerces-2.2, apache-2.0.55) and after several
warnings about 'cdecl' attribute it compiled. However,
simple_axis_server fills memory (8Gb) and apache does not work with axis
module enabled:

any suggestions? any successful axis-apache2 on 64bit installation?
Thanks in advance
