I have not really much in the log files

And I checked and have no older versions in my LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
Nevertheless, if I run it without the parameter everything works fine.
Maybe it belongs to my old apache version (2.0.49).
Maybe you can give me a short description about this parameter?
Or is it not really different without?
