As a service writer you don't have to worry about that. Of course you need to set up Axis2/C and in that case you need to copy this library to the apache "modules" directory and set the appropriate entries in the httpd.conf. Those steps are described in the Axis2/C manual. If you are using a source distribution of Axis2/C you can compile Axis2/C to generate the mod_axis2.so. http://ws.apache.org/axis2/c/docs/axis2c_manual.html#mod_axis2. Supun.
