headers defined in the WSDL, WSDL2Java should be able to automatically
generate the classes for the headers (without having to resort to -a)
and include some reference to them in the stub (like .NET does).
I know that with the Weblogic SOAP Stack, one can manipulate the objects in the header as if they were in the body (in the usual way).
