A bug has been introduced in RC3 that causes WSDL processing to fail when
processing the following WSDL:
http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/soap/eutils.wsdl
The exception is a file not found exception when looking for "Con.java" in the
output directory (gov\nih\nlm\ncbi\www\soap\eutils\efetch).
This WSDL was processed correctly under RC1.
