AXIS doesn't invoke handleFault in Client

As the issue in AXIS-925, Axis doesn't invoke the handleFault(messageContext)
from the handler chain in a client request.
The problem is in the class org.apache.axis.client.AxisClient,
where the handler is not being invoked in case of an AxisFault.
There should be some exception handling to invoke the handleFault method.
