I am +1 for this proposal , and I will implement that way , meaning archive
file should contain a services.xml as it description file and it can be one
of following format.
<service name="not compulsory ">
</service>
or
<serviceGroup name="not compulsory">
<service name="name is required">
</service>
<service name="name is required">
</service>
</serviceGroup>
