+1 for this format as a compact logo, but I still like the meshed gears
of dim's Axis2.PNG for a larger logo.

Alignment of feather in 1.x logo describes what I exactly have in
mind. And unless we want the product to be also called Axis Squared (I
feel, not appropriate) we should bring down the elevation of '2' in
the logo, as suggested by Ruchith.
