we are unable to configure Axis C++ without Apache

When we are configureing axis c++ without apache, means we are using
simple_axis_server which is the sourece code of axis c++ (Built with Ant ) .
Both server and client built sucessfully. We download current version of axis
c++ (1.6 ) from cvs and follow all the steps of the documentation. But when we
are runing the calculator sample we are getting hang on stituation at client
end. I would like to pull the attantion of axis c++ development team to solve
this problem and it will a great help if you provied us any solution to solve
this bug.
