+1. We don't currently support codegen'ing correctly to engage modules (when there's a policy / feature in the WSDL indicating that RM/Sec/etc. is required), but we absolutely need to do that. I don't like the idea of moving the constants, but need to read the thread to have an opinion on API extensions. I have a scenario in mind where it would make sense .. will reply again after reading the thread. Sanjiva.
