Paul, I looked at the first one and it uses soapenc:arrayType. I'm -1 for requiring that to work; that's just flat out crufty and old. I know I'm going to get beaten up for that statement but I don't agree we need to support that because its no longer used or recommended. The query service uses it too. The other two are trivial services ... Sanjiva.
