I'm talking about the behavior of a stub .. so the only place to have it user settable would be in Options to have a setMaintainSession() method, not in axis2.xml. I don't want to call for a re-VOTE. I'm satisfied we've at least discussed my concerns and have heard from quite a few people now. I'm happy to agree to letting it go for 0.94 and then see whether we get any feedback.
