[Axis2]Attemting to download Axis2 Module Snapshots while building Axis2

Hi all,

I tried to build Axis2 today (last time i build it was about a month ago : thanks to snapshots) and encountered the following situation.

Am I missing something or is this a bug or is this the normal behaviour...
