Chuck Williams ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) has done a lot of good work for
Axis2, specially contributing to ADB. He has reported a number of Jira
issues , the most important ones being AXIS2-523, AXIS2-519 and
AXIS2-608. He has provided patches for almost all the issues reported
and proved that his work is good.
So I propose Chuck Williams as a committer for Axis2
