Its a tool .. the tool can be used without having to buy into Axis2. It
uses Axis2 stuff to do its work; that's like us using some other lib
code in my mind.

This has nothing to do with customer minds: we can continue to ship them
together no matter what to comfort those customer minds!

Anyway, I'm fine with leaving it in.
