If Axis2 is deployed at:
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\axis2, I would
expect serviceContext.getConfigurationContext().getRealPath("services") to
return a file that represents:
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat
5.5\webapps\axis2\WEB-INF\services
Likewise, serviceContext.getConfigurationContext().getRealPath("lib") should
return:
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat
5.5\webapps\axis2\WEB-INF\lib.
