Compilation errors in Axis2 tools package.
1. The org.apache.axis2.tool.codegen.WSDL2JavaGenerator is
referencing
org.apache.axis2.description.WSDL2AxisServiceBuilder
builder class that no longer exist in the current

description package, it will also fail to compile because the one-argument
Constructor that is being referenced in this line of code does not exist in
the newly created builder classes.
