For the purposes of greater flexibility, the AxisInvocationController should
use the Axis2 OperationClient API rather than using the ServiceClient. I've
started a little bit of this work in a sandbox and will hopefully have patches
to post later on today.
Also, this work is dependant upon the patch that I posted for JIRA issue 909.
