SimpleHTTPServer default port is set to 8080. If you want to open
multiple SHTTPServers, then you have to provide the args with -p.

Ex: SimpleHTTPServer -p9762 /tmp/repo

to start SHTTPS on port 9762 with /tem/repo repository and default
axis2.xml
