[Axis2] Build Break on JDK1.4

Hi all,
Axis2 build breaks for me with jdk1.4.
There is a compile failure in o.a.a.core.description.WSDL11ToAxisServiceBuilder. Looks like a DOM compatibility issue.

[javac] D:\Dev\axis2_10.8.101.51\modules\core\src\org\apache\axis2\description\WSDL11ToAxisServiceBuilder.java:1499: cannot resolve
 symbol
    [javac] symbol  : method getTextContent ()
    [javac] location: interface org.w3c.dom.Element
    [javac]                         String anonymousValue = unknown.getElement().getTextContent();
