Hi,
using WSDL2Java [-ss -sd -d adb] for the attached WSDL crashes in a
NullPointerException:

Problem is located in
org.apache.axis2.schema.SchemaCompiler.processAttribute(XmlSchemaAttribute,
BeanWriterMetaInfoHolder, XmlSchema). This method assumes that attributes only
refer to standard types at this point. I have an counter-example.
I also attached a small patch which prevents the Exception but handling of
custom attribute types is still missing here.
