A client using a generated service (i.e. generated from WSDL) passing in a WSDL
URL will get an UnsupportedOperationException when getting a port. For example:
MySEI thePort = new MyGeneratedService(wsdlURL, qname).getMySEIPort();
Will throws an exception along the lines of
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Not
implemented yet
