If you call it 1.5, then you need to be absolutely certain that it is a solid, reliable, robust release. It doesn't matter how much new stuff has been added -- the major issue with 1.0 was quality. I recommend calling it 1.1. You have to prove yourselves before agrandizing yourselves.
