AxisService.createService() doesn't have a way to specify multiple

AxisService.createService() has provision only for input single message
receiver. If the pojo has in-out and in-only operatoins, assinging the same MR
to all operation is wrong. Thus, there should be provision to inclue an array
of MR's assigning to the specific mep.
