Steps to reproduce:

1. Start IDEA
2. Select Axis2 plugins
3. Select 'Create a service archive' and click ok
'Service Type Selection' wizard page will be displayed. Following UI issues
were noticed in that page.
I. 'Welcome to Axis2 service archive generationselect service type' should be
sperated as ''Welcome to Axis2 service archive generation. select service type'.
II. 'Back' button should be enabled to facilitate user to change options
