Jakarta Http Core not included in axis2.war

The jakarta-httpcore-4.0-alpha2.jar file is not included in the axis2.war file.
I am not sure whether it should be, however, given that I get failures when I
do not put it in the axis2/WEB-INF/lib/ directory myself, I thought I should
report it.
