Re: Variable #today# within the resource.properties file

Ming,

Please look at the one in the branch:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axis2/branches/java/1_1/modules/kernel/src/org/apache/axis2/i18n/resource.properties

It uses @today@ . I believe somewhere when we copy over this file, ant
is supposed to replace the property with the current date. Need to
check if it is broken or still works.
