Downloads missing for Axis versions < 1.4 (on Apache Web Site).

(Sorry, I'm sure this doesn't belong here, but I can't find any instructions to
otherwise tell me how to report this...)
http://ws.apache.org/axis/ contains links, particularly under News, to download
not only version 1.4, but also 1.3, 1.2.1, 1.2, and earlier releases - many of
which are still being used within production environments across the globe, and
source may need to be referenced on occasion.
1.4 seems to be the only version available for download. All of the other
versions direct to the "Apache Download Mirrors" page, and none of the mirrors,
including the backup sites (http://www.apache.org/dist/ws/axis/*) return
anything other than a HTTP 404 - Not Found.
Is this just an oversight where these missing files need to be restored to the
Apache server? Otherwise, can the links be updated, and/or instructions given
on how/where to obtain these archived versions?
