Currently (hardcoded):
inbound soap version <----- set to soap version of the outbound
request
Proposal (dynamic):
inbound soap version <------- set according to the content-type of the
inbound message
This change is necessary because a SOAP 1.2 node may respond with a SOAP
1.1 fault message.
Thus a SOAP 1.2 client must be able to receive either a SOAP 1.2 message or
SOAP 1.1. (fault).
Mike and I don't believe that this is a controversal change, but we wanted
to bring this to your attention.
