It would be some significant effort to move to a non-CPL WSDL4J. I've never heard of anyone complaining about CPL before. Is it a real objection to CPL or simply "its not ASL".
I really don't know what's behind there. The customer in question is a major software company so I believe they know what they're doing. It might be a political issue.
