The JAX-WS marshalling code currently uses "by type" marshalling/unmarshalling
for
primitives and other base types (Integer, Calendar, etc.)
This code is now upgraded to do "by type" marshalling/unmarshalling for any
other type that is not a compliant JAXB RootElement.
