I frequently open several Ant build.xml files at the same time and use the
Eclipse Ant navigator pane/view to move between them. The Eclipse Ant pane
uses the "name" attribute in the build file to help the user distinguish
between the multiple build files. I suspect the same goes for other IDEs like
NetBeans.
Anyway, enclosed patch adds a name attribute to the project element for those
samples currently missing it.
